At LifeFlow: Daily Planner, we respect your privacy. This application is designed with privacy-first principles. Your tasks, habits, focus sessions, goals, notes, and daily reviews remain entirely stored on your local device.

Zero Remote Server Data Collection

LifeFlow does not harvest, transmit, or monetize your personal data. Your daily planning information never leaves your personal Apple device.

2. Information We Store Locally

All data generated when using LifeFlow is persisted locally using Apple's secure SwiftData framework:

Tasks & Subtasks: Titles, due dates, categories, notes, and completion statuses.
Habit Tracker: Habit names, custom schedules, completion logs, and streak counters.
Focus Sessions: Focus durations, session types, intentions, and timestamps.
Goals & Milestones: Target goals, metric progress, and target completion dates.
Daily Reviews: Mood ratings, energy levels, and written reflection notes.

3. Local Notifications & Reminders

LifeFlow offers local notifications for morning planning reminders and evening reviews. Notifications are scheduled locally on your iOS device via Apple's UserNotifications framework. You have full control to enable or disable notifications at any time in iOS Settings.

4. Third-Party Analytics & Advertising

LifeFlow does NOT integrate third-party ad networks, tracking SDKs, or data brokers. We do not track your activity across other apps or websites.

5. Data Export & Control

You own your data completely. You can export your tasks, habits, focus sessions, and daily reviews into CSV and JSON formats at any time using the Export Data feature in Settings.

1. Acceptance of Terms
